1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Maple Gaming Hotel website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Hotel Reservations

All hotel reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed and payment is received.

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in

3. Gaming Equipment and Facilities

Guests are responsible for the proper use of all gaming equipment and facilities. Any damage to gaming equipment will result in charges to the guest's account.

• Gaming equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Food and beverages are not permitted near gaming equipment
• Gaming sessions may be subject to time limits during peak hours
• Professional gaming tournaments may require separate agreements

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Special events and peak season bookings may have different cancellation policies.

5. Membership Program

The Maple Elite membership program is subject to separate terms and conditions. Membership benefits may change without notice. Membership fees are non-refundable.

6. Code of Conduct

All guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maple Gaming Hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
